Analytical Services

Yes. Lab analysis of lubricants can assess the oil’s condition and its ability to keep protecting your equipment.

We analyze hydraulic oils, engine lubricants, thermal fluids, and more, directly in our lab.

From a representative point where oil circulates well, ideally on operating equipment if safe. Contact us for sampling tools and bottles. We also offer turnkey sampling performed by an experienced technician.
Most analyses are completed within 3 to 5 days. Priority 24-hour service is available for urgent needs.
Regular lubricant analysis typically requires 80 ml (about ¾ of the provided bottle). Thermal fluid analysis requires approximately 750 ml.

Industrial Fluid Decontamination Services

Yes. Our systems perform continuous decontamination without production shutdown. You can also send us used oils; we’ll recondition and return them with an analysis report.
Absolutely. Our equipment filters thermal fluids in-line, safely and without halting production.
Yes. Our distillation process removes volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which lower the flash point.

Fluid Decontamination Products

It’s a cellulose media technology that captures sludge and varnish, invisible to the naked eye. These cartridges are used in both mobile and fixed systems.
No, only one version is available. Capacity varies by the number of housings in the unit. Multiple configurations and particulate filters are available.
Each polar decontamination system (PDS) includes a pressure indicator. A rising pressure signals the need for cartridge replacement.
